Was Santa super nice this year?  And bring you that tv, appliance or stereo you always wanted?

Now’s the time to get rid of the old!

Santa Teresa Foothills Neighborhood Association is holding an ewaste event.

The proceeds from this event will help fill the general coffers for the association to continue operating and will also help to fund our annual senior scholarship program where we try and give away a $1000 scholarship to a college bound senior.


SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 18TH   2012  –  9:00AM-3:00PM
SANTA TERESA HIGH SCHOOL

Here is what will be accepted:

Computers/Laptops/Servers
Televisions/Monitors
DVD/CD Players
Fax Machines/Printers
Toner Cartridges
Telecom Equipment/Telephones/Cell Phones
Speakers/Stereo Equipment
Copy Machines ($50 Pick-up Fee)
Wire/Cabling/Printed Circuit Boards
Aluminum/Scrap Metal
Microwave Ovens
Kitchen Appliances
Copy Machines

Large items such as refrigerators and copy machines – just give us a heads up so that the company is prepared for collection. You may call Jacqueline Price at 307-259-6738 for that arrangement and for any further general questions We will be looking for volunteers to help distribute the flyers for the e-waste event much like we do for our newsletters so stay tuned on that opportunity.

If you don't have anything for the ewaste event but want to contribute to the scholarship fundanyway,please contact Jacqueline Price at 408.226.8679. We are looking for a company to sponsor the purchase of a laptop or iPad2 for the scholarship winner!
