Fall 2015 General Meeting

  • 28 Oct 2015
  • 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM
  • Southside Community Center

The Fall 2015 Santa Teresa Foothills Neighborhood Association General Membership Meeting will be held on the evening of Wednesday October 28, 2015 at the South Side Community Center.

Come to the meeting to hear more news about the neighborhood – and meet your neighbors!

STFNA holds two general meetings per year to discuss issues important to our neighborhood and beyond.  This is a great opportunity to meet neighbors, meet your city councilmembers, and learn what transportation planners are thinking about when they are sitting in traffic with the rest of us.  We hope to see you there!

SPECIAL PRESENTATION:

What's your vision for the future of mobility in Santa Clara County?

Santa Clara County is booming and growing faster than other Bay Area counties. How do we avoid falling victim to our own success when it comes to getting around town, so to speak?

Learn more about what the future holds and what the Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority (VTA) is trying to do about it. The VTA is engaging community leaders and residents in a discussion about our current and future mobility needs, and how to solve them to make sure we maintain livability, along with a vibrant economy. We want to hear from you. Learn more about the Envision Silicon Valley process, how you can participate, and what's in store, including a possible transportation sales tax measure on next year's ballot.
